Very helpful staff. Nice practice but my only concern is the parking spaces, I can't seem to get one! It seems to be for the employees and shoppers! Also only 4 disabled spaces, not very good for the people in need. I'm lost for words at times.
Everyone is always polite,helpful& knowledgeable,doctors are extremely knowledgeable&sympathetic to your needs

The GP service is exactly as you'd expect - some doctors are good, some not so good. One we'll never use again. The appointment booking service is naff. You have to book on the day, so it's a mad rush to get an appointment before everyone else does. I tend not to bother and self medicate with the help of Google. It's not useful for working people who need to plan when they take time off work to see the doctor. For non urgent things it would be handy to book a week or two in advance, but that's not an option. Us annoying tax payers eh! You can get telephone consultations before having an appointment, which is good and saves time. If they didn't do that, I'd give the service 2 stars.
